it's pretty easy to avoid the dei shit: just don't work for a major corporation. work for a company that actually has to produce results otherwise it goes under, you will be amazed how nonexistent dei is in this environment.
The issue is that most of the companies out there raise venture capital, which puts them into the cabal. The money all rolls up to the big players we all know about, and the rules roll down to all of the companies. The bootstrapped / real companies struggle to compete with all the cash these assholes get in return for kissing the ring.
