how much special treatment do blacks have to get before blacks realize they simply can't compete on the same footing as every other race in a merit-based society?

or maybe blacks are aware of their innate inadequacies relative to every other race, and that's what really makes blacks so angry all the time and ready to lash out at the slightest perceived insult.
