how TPTB shutting down the internet

Only oneself can shut down the internal net, by resisting the temptation to permit others to spin webs of suggested information within ones consenting mind/memory. A spider/spinner requires boundaries to weave within, and ones memory in a state of ignorance implies a dark place for setting up webs for entrapment (trapping mind).

Ones consent permits others to pull the strings of suggested information; while ones want for more suggested information implies being strung out aka physically debilitated, while mentally entrapped.
