Yeah he went from measuring nothing / background noise to measuring a signal of some sort but really didn't but effort into analyzing whether such a signal was dangerous or even abnormal
He is measuring electrostatic field which is clearly indicated on EMF-360 screen (EF and V/m units). With high probability he is measuring electrostatic field of slightly charged plastic blinds on window.
V/m value that he shows means that some electrostatic charge create a field with intensity, such, that it will create a potential difference of shown number of Volts on distance of 1m
Very low figures, really. Petting a cat in dry weather gives orders of magnitude larger values in kV/m if not MV/m.
Level of electromagnetic radiation is displayed in top left corner in mW/m² with RF label. and it does not change at all, as he waving with device aroung the room. If he put device near his phone during call or intense data exchange, this number will jump from this 0.002 mW/m² to something like 5-10mW/m²
