Hundreds of Buick and Cadillac car dealers decided they'd rather go out of business than sell electric vehicles.

They can stop letting you register them as street vehicles. Then, the first time you drive past a cop, they impound you car.

Also, I haven't seen a kit car that doesn't require you to get the engine from one of the big car companies. Are they ever going to start making their own engines?
