Looking at her, I'm going to take a guess what actually happened :

She's a spicy one, you can look at her and tell that. Someone made a proposal to her she found offensive and she beat the dog shit out of them. There is no voting in DC and there is no "firing" an elected official so this is a good guess, maybe? She can't be bought or sold, so she's ousted.

Again JUST A SHOT IN THE DARK.
