and that is a good thing.
Finally it is time to go offline and hit the streets. It is a one way street after such a requirement.
The license will show to everyone that there is no hiding whatever you may wish to use. It is all controlled at its root.
I don't think enough people will see the consequences immediately and will therefore be happy to register for their continued employment or dopamine addiction.
