If you live in America jurors have to be unanimous (whereas they don’t in Britain and Canada).
So you’re questioning me for convicting a guy in another thread while you voted to convict a person who was proven not guilty by dna simply because they were left handed?
I mean I’m assuming you’re American. If you’re British or Canadian you might very well have voted not guilty but the other jurors outnumbered you.
So then I can’t be an impartial juror because I didn’t believe a black guy’ very detailed but utterly debunked alibi but you are an impartial juror who convicted a black guy that was provably not guilty because he was left handed?
i wasnt there so i dont know the circumstances,
But i can tell you i was on a jury who convicted a man who was ruled out by DNA evidence,
but who was left-handed, and the robber carried the gun in his left hand…
