this could actually be coincidental. people who unironically wear masks are definitely more likely to test for covid in the first place. Given covid can apparently sleep in people without symptoms, any group that tests more is naturally going to have more positive results.
well I would be interested in is if there's a difference in the incidence of symptomatic covid between people who wear masks and people who don't wear masks. I'm guessing there would be as people who wear masks are probably quadruple-boosted at this point, and their immune systems are likely shot.

Exactly what I thought. People willing and often taking covid tests were trying to test positive to prove their 'point'.
