What is the mysterious pneumonia outbreak in China?

The WHO has asked China for more information on the undiagnosed pneumonia outbreak that has spiked since October.

It is still mycoplasma pneumonia and can still be treated with standard antibiotics.

Also no kids dying (yet anyway).
