I tried the rest of each of the mixes.. they were actually not bad compared to the peach drink debacle.
The president's choice.. that's from superstore.. here in Canada.. owned by Loblaws. Their own brand. The "original lemonade", ingredients: water, sugars (sugar/glucose-fructose), concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon flavour, gum arabic, citric acid. It tasted 'ok'.
Now you get something interesting.. those two you see on the back right in the pic. It's the PC, president's choice again.. but more "wholesome" however, not organic. Notice the container is the same as the Walmart great value. The ingredients were the same. Tasted the same too. These were actually "good". They gotta be refrigerated, that PC original, didn't have to be. It says, not from concentrate. The PC says, no artificial flavours or synthetic colors. Ingredients of both: water, cane sugar, lemon juice, natural flavour.
After trying all these.. cracked the 2nd bottle of lemon gin. I go.. ok we got enough mix here.. dumped out that organic PC, cause it tasted a bit "off". Was in glass though.. none of the others were. Then looking at the "brisk".. chemicals in there. Dumped that shit out. It tasted not bad though but fuck that.
Then I'll make a drink with going at these back two as mixes, eh.. the tropicana was ok but it didn't have cane sugar. Then when I make a drink it's like.. needs a bit more.. so I'll put a bit of this country time on top and stir it. haha. That country time is fuckin poison. Let me get the ingredients of that shit.
Just what every growing kid needs is some "titanium dioxide" in their diet. Titianium, eh.. sounds like "metal". You sure that isn't what they make the metal of the damn container with.
You should see the ingredients list of that "brisk" one, but I threw it out.
