The other issue could be maximum dosage of both drugs + vaccine side effects.
And if she was this size, taking TWO weightloss drugs that basically slow down your digestive track, she might have been taking other drugs off label.

The digestive track does use a lot of blood iirc, so if she were getting blood clotting from the vaccine that could be an issue.

Anyway, don't be scared away from these new drugs yet.

The weight lifting community that does their own testosterone injections, most of them safely, was also anti-vaxx, pro body freedom, and are taking these (sometimes reconstitution the powder with bacterial static water, again to avoid the name brand cost - I think it is about $1000-3000/month name brand, depending on locations and dosage. With generic off label you can pay about $500 for a 3 month supply.

I do think this is a propaganda attack by insurance companies and big govt though. It will be interesting seeing them fight big pharma and the propaganda wars.

In all the self reports I've seen, no one was using both saxenda and ozempic together.

I only saw about one person say they were taking both ozempic and tirz/mountjaro... once their system was used to the Mountjaro, they had gradually started taking small amounts of ozempic, never more than the lowest dose prescribed for ozempic alone. They were doing that to stretch the Mountjaro effects since its so expensive. So I think, maybe they could have gone 10 days instead of 7. Or else it prevented them from having to increase their mountjaro dosage, which again is really expensive.

That was like 1 person. So maybe others do it but probably not that many and they are careful, not doing a radical crash diet. They know how to manage the nutrition and hydration.

I wouldn't be surprised if the woman in the arricle had just gone anorexic, stopped eating and caused an intestinal blockage... blocking the blood flow, too, didn't seek medical attention, and having received the vaccine was prone to blood clots.
The hospital could have even just down a flush of her bowels to get things clear. And she could have done it at home like post-pregannacy women.

She wasn't taking them at the same time. The article says she switched bands.
