Artyom Sakharov who is a Jew in Altai, Russia (he looks like SBF only with ginger hair rather than greasy black hair) led a protest against the special military operation which involved laying flowers at makeshift memorials to Ukrainian soldiers. He was arrested and fined. He crowdfunded to get other people to pay his fine.
He then led another unsanctioned demonstation in which he read offensive Russophobic poetry. He was again arrested and fined and again he crowdfunded to get other people to pay the fine lol.
His telegram channel, mycatis10years, involves multiple posts demanding other people donate to him.
Altai State University where he studies have bizarrely not expelled him despite the fact that other Russophobes have been banished for their Russophobia and pro western propaganda.
It’s just funny though how every time he gets fined he just gets other people to pay the fine lol.
It's kind of Jewish business here. Do something that obviously unlawful in the way to enshure being caught and punished, then collect money as a victim. Rinse, repeat. When enough money collected, flee abroad to the West, easily get refugee status baked with "severe persecution by tyrannical authorities for practising freedom", and settle somwhere in warm place with gained profit.
This is not a new thing at all, it is perpetuated by the Jews since USSR times.
Funny, that they should be grateful for the Russian authorities for protecting them from citizens who could easily just fix their faces for their shit and this will effectively end their escapades and business.
Sounds like a first amendment auditor lol. Pretty clever grift.
We don't have first amendment, but I think that grift will work even where any kind of first amendment law exist. It's not hard to think out something that formally will fall under free speech but will be unacceptable for authorities so they will find a way to prosecute perpetuator for something else. IDK, fine for protesting near fireplug, accuse of sedition or whatever. Then do that crowdfunding thing as a victim of totalitarians.
Here we have kind of very perverted type of freedom of speech. Government fully monopolize prosecution for unwanted speech. Formally, you could say anything you want, and in worst case you will be fined, or get suspended sentence and walk out of court free. (excluding cases with disclosing state secrets, sedition, etc. that fall under other laws) And at the same time state protect those who break the law in such way and heavily prosecute anybody who could violently react to some expression of free speech. Kind of weird, really.
I think freedom of speech should be unlimited, but any consequences should be on the speaker. If you wish to publicly declare, say that "all other people are dumbfucks and bastards" - it's completely up to you, you should be free of any charges, but those who could punch your face after your performance should not be prosecuted for that too. Direct responsibility for your words and all that stuff. Politicians, journalists and bureaucrats public speeches and performances included, of course. At least it will be different and fun. :)
