They were able to tell me over the phone that yes I should have had notification when I put my sim cars in the new phone. However, by law they could only read me what they saw. They needed me to get an attorney to subpoena a physical copy.
I am also very curious how this middle man issue makes carriers feel. There's a HUGE difference in carrier licked devices, and unlocked devices. Think about it like this... If it's carrier locked you are not the administrator of that device. This also makes me wonder how companies with proprietary IP is going to take this.
