TAL'ENT, noun (Latin talentum; Gr. to bear) - "originally signified a balance or scales".

Talent implies ones perceiving choice within perceivable balance; suggested talentism implies ones consensual submission to whoever suggests the -ism, hence permitting others to vet ones talent (choice).

One has to bear response-ability (free will of choice) by self...sharing implies not caring.
