SV-40 promoter sequence (not the whole genome) enables (probalistically) DNA entry into the Cell and integration of other DNA into the cell's DNA.

This was already shown to be reality with covid-19 jabs by Swedish medical researchers in 2022 : https://www.mdpi.com/1467-3045/44/3/73

The contamination of Polio vaccines by the whole Sv-40 genome is a different matter and better explained in the book "Dr Mary's Monkey".
