No virus has ever been "isolated" and are only theoretical as pathogens – mainly because they're incredibly useful in selling vaccines and fear. Also look up Thomas Cowan and Sam Bailey.

I found the Spacebusters vids on the subject to be very well supported and pretty inarguable.
