Personal addition, How to prepare:

• be healthy (metabolically, lose weight, get your immunity fixed, try 3 day fasting to reset it via autophagy)

• stock up on antibiotics and "antivirals" (slow down replication of certain proteins), if you can't get prescription antibiotics, buy 100% organic chemotyped antibiotic essential oils (oregano, rosemary, clove, tea tree, thyme, cinnamon, coriander, lemongrass, rose geranium, just to name a few of the most potent ones)

• get a working water filter (just in general, but esp. in preparation of what's to come, as water distribution is an easy spread mechanism). In US Berkey, AquaPail, Zero and EpicWater seem to be ok, but I'm sure there are tons of others

• Stay safe, calm, enjoy your life, eat & sleep well and watch the craziness as it unfolds.
