Once apon a time I tripped on acid, and eventually got sucked into a spot where I had felt fear; I hardly feel fear, sometimes anxiety, but this time, it was fear, a deep dark fear, platable. I called out for Jesus and everything went away.

There's a saying thats always stuck out in my mind, and its, "Choose love not fear" because it is a choice who amd what you invite into your life.
