The political correctness stuff shows up under the (new?) Editor icon on the rightward part of the ribbon in Word 365. It just started showing up this week. Find and click Editor then look for the grammar controls.
Turns out I had to have some content down, hit the editor score and found Options, and sure as shit there they were - but they were all unchecked I noticed..
Very interesting - in my client's Word / Office 365 these were all default checked, I wonder whether corporate versions of Word 365 are set for that, you know, corporate DEI.

I see the editor part, but the controls haven't showed up I just have "Editor Score" "Insights" and "Give Feedback"
