archive.is is giving me connection reset errors, which happens where I live when they censor certain torrent sites or certain politically damaging content.
Google is censoring by not linking to The Telegraph with the good old, "It looks like the results below are changing quickly If this topic is new, it can sometimes take time for reliable sources to publish information Check the source Are they trusted on this topic?"
I couldn't believe this was real, but I found the original story link, archives of it and evidence that it is being censored.

Hard to tell if it's true or if someone pulled a joke on The Telegraph. Either way it looks like you are probably right about it being censored.
