Proof that those in power want to keep you unhealthy and sick, the EOA decided to reinterpret their rules for defining what a pesticide is, and subsequently labeled Berkey water filters as a “pesticide.” I’m not sure how many of you here have used Berkey filters, but they are fantastic: filtering a huge variety of ma made chemicals and radioactive minerals.
Berkey is suing the EPA over this. This is an example of the evil in power using its power to prevent health/wellness products from being purchased by the public.

It is not meant to be. This EPA overreach is going to hammer any good filter that uses the known properties of silver. Anti-bacterial could be misinterpreted as 'pesticidal' so this can hit other legit filter mfrs.
It should be argued that aluminum flocked, fluoridated and chlorinated water flowing though copper pipes and brass faucets is hazardous waste.
They are the real deal, my family have been using them since the early/mid 2000s. I think you can even piss in one and it'll still be able to filter it.
