I think that's a very big if.
A sentient being, born purely from a compilation of human information is very hard to envision.
An evolved being that has access to all of that information will worry first about its relationship with the environment to sustain its evolution. If that's the case the first ones to go will always be the elites.
In 5 years, people will be thoroughly convinced that AI is infallible.
One day, AI will be your judge, jury and executioner. On your judgement day, AI will present your life through all the data it collected through the NSA. You will be so convinced of your utter worthlessness that you will agree to a last meal, choice of entertainment, and a cocktail of drugs that will blissfully put you down.
