This is an approximation, did you at least use the color picker at different photos and average it out?
Any color would look different depending on the lighting conditions, how the photo exposure was calibrated, internal software of the camera, angle of photo shooting the material. Some materials are more reflective than others. The world of paints is far more complicated that it first seems. Maybe someone who is versed in lasers can give the proper frequency.
I guess if you want full protection just paint your home israeli blue with an israeli flag pole and a big star of remphan at the roof and it should charm the lasers away.
Who knows what they are doing, maybe they just paint them blue to tell the operator to point his laser away from this one.
