There is not enough penitenary space to house every delinquint school loan dope. We have a huge problem and the only solution, the one the democrats will love, is to forgive the loans. I say that if they have their loans forgiven then their diplomas need to be handed over to the authorities. Thus it will act just like no schooling was done and they will have to back to school for a degree.
