The first thing my neurologist did was tell me no bottled water in plastic because over time the chemicals end up in the water. They probably used old water bottles.
YOU DIDN'T THINK FORFEITING PROPERTY RIGHTS WAS IMPORTANT?!
True and it is accelerated if left in the sun. But that isn't what is making them sick as many people drink out of plastic. The leeched chemicals take years (generally speaking) to reach levels that are dangerous. That is seen by so many people drinking for years from plastic before symptoms appear. Again, generally speaking. Maybe the estrogenic chemicals work quicker on young girls and such.
It doesn't taks years. I was buying Voss, no migraine. Stores switched to plastic Voss bottles migraine. I am such a water snob now. I look for glass, or metal containers.
But, if there was something else about the water, I'd be interested to know.
That is pretty interestingI wouldn't think that is from the normal "hormonal" leaking of BPA and such. (Never heard of headaches as a side effect.) Sounds like they put something else in the plastic bottles. Might actually be the delivery method of choice now.
You can look up migraine triggers, my neurologist gave me a list 2 pages long front and back. The most important part is everyone reacts differently to the items on the list. Chocolate is on the list, but isn't a migraine trigger for me.
Edit: The doctor did mention items meant to be refrigerated are usually safe. I also learned when I can, and can not push my luck. If I've been doing great following instructions, I can chant with little to no negative effects. If I'm having issues I have to stay on track or forget it.

You got me thinking. Thanks for sharing.
