It was never mandatory. There were 'threats' of making it mandatory and multiple businesses got in line faster than anything I've ever seen in corporations to enforce the supposed incoming mandates before the legal apparatus had time to say it couldn't be forced. They tried several ways including OSHA but ultimately the courts said no.
I'm the meantime, however, yes as I stated many corporations made it a requirement of continued employment. Anyone that refused and was fired has legal recourse. From everything I've seen I believe this was always their goal. The point wasn't to jab everyone, it was to jab as many as possible and now we have all been exposed. Where we go from here is anyone's guess. I have my own theories and none of them come out with the good guys winning. Get your house in order.
