Amazing how desperate people are to take a pill or injection and more times than not it is snake oil.

Also, if medication is real and actually helps people, it is either exploited for profit or banned or prevented from most people having access. Medicine that helps people should be freely distributed without profit as the primary motive. Part of a biologist's or laboratory researcher's motivation should be recognition and the satisfaction of knowing your hard work will help so many people.
