Any flat earthers left here?
posted 2 years ago by Eisenhorn 2 years ago by Eisenhorn +11 / -10

How does the climate work on a flat earth? Why does it get colder the further north or south or up you go?

Can you show a visual representation of what you describe there?

At what distance dies air become opaque?

Is this supposed to be an experiment or a joke? Are you claiming that the moon hangs above us at all times without moving?

This video explains nothing. I think it claims that one cannot see stars that are very far away but it doesn't actually make any kind of clear statement.

What should I take away from this clip?

In our experiece and observation, sunlight can travel about 12,000 miles in this air.

Do you have any data to back up that claim?

So you have no measurements but insist that your explanations are correct even though you don't know what distances you are talking about.

Your whole argument hinges on the sun, and moon and stars being much closer than explained by science but you cannot provide any numbers.

In your model, what's the distance between Cape Horn (South America) and Cape Leeuwin (Australia)?

If you wanted to travel from South America to Australia, what would be the shortest route?
