I guess my better question is, where do these Q drops happen in the public arena? I've only seen them 2nd hand at best. I don't really want someone telling me what it means, I'm sharp enough to add 2+2. I want it at the raw source.
They would currently drop on 8kun.top. They started on 4chan, then moved to 8chan, then finally 8kun. I don’t know which board they drop on. Be aware there is a “qresearch” board where you may ask.

The second is a personal favorite that really got me going. I don’t think all of it is 100% correct, but it’s close. Be aware there are some NSFW segments.
