I had what i believe to be covid in february 2020 and i threw up phlegm into the sink and looked at it and it looked like it had arranged itself into some sort of geometric pattern. It was unlike anything else i'd ever coughed up out of my lungs.

Granted, at the time i did not know about "COVID" and there hadn't been any reports other than the footage infowars had shown since december 2019. The media headlines were mostly Roger Stone trial crap.
