Thought the conspiracy for DUMB destructions were that they were 5 or 10km deep.
Its been 4-5 "quakes" a day at 5-20km for months in and around Puerto Rico. Today they're concentrated in a couple of places and deeper as you say. Its my opinion this a central hub that needs deeper cleaning.
Please follow this link daily to see the patterns here, and in the Tonga zone and often in Alaska. There are constant activities in those locales too.
These undergrounds are part of a worldwide tunnel and station network that extends beyond the ice ring enclosure.
