PLEDGE, noun [Latin plico.] - "something put in pawn; that which is deposited with another"
RELIGION, noun [Latin religo] - "to bind anew"

Ones consent to the suggestion of another represents ones pledge to put ones consent in pawn by binding it anew to the suggesting other.

Furthermore...ignoring perceivable (need to sustain life) for suggested (want luring towards death) represents a death-pledge.

forgive

FORWARDS (inception towards death) GIVES (life)....those who got; need to resist the want to hold onto.
