if they're good content creators people will pay for it.
Content on the internet shouldn't be paywalled. The worst thing is that if you don't have a paypal or a credit card, you are DEAD in the foreseeable future.
It's the only way for temporary growth (life) within ongoing loss (inception towards death)...yet...until then it's growing season.
they will win
Only if one chooses to ignore that ongoing loss (value) offers temporary growth (evaluation). Life isn't about winning more, but about experiencing everything offered while wielding free will of choice.
youtube
If one represents vision (presence; sight; view; perception) within visible (perceivable); then choosing to look into a suggested tube restricts ones vision aka tunnel-vision.
advertisement
Latin advertir - "to remark" aka respond to suggested mark; hence marking out within mind (advertir-ment).
How to avoid such a mark? BEAST aka BE (being) ASTUTE (keen in discernment and careful of one's self-interest)...
I get what you're saying about people feeling entitled but I am so angry with Google that it doesn't bother me at all. I'm not saying that justifies me blocking them, but I'll quit using YouTube before I stop blocking ads. I have a small YouTube channel that I created in college before Google bought YouTube and put up a couple random home videos. I completely forgot about the channel until earlier this year I pulled up a video to show my wife and Google forced me to watch an ad on my own home video. This really pissed me off because they've been making money on my stuff without my consent and I'm not big enough to receive any ad revenue. I understand that they are giving me a platform, but I uploaded before ads existed so I never agreed to that. It really rubbed me the wrong way, along with all the other scummy stuff Google has since done.
You're talking about a company that has received millions of dollars in government subsidies, allowing them to operate for 15+ years without ever posting a profit. Just like Twitter, Facebook, and so many other fake platforms, YouTube cornered the "free market" without ever actually participating in it.
Now we're supposed to feel guilty for blocking their attempts to "go legit?" Give me a break. YouTube made a mockery of capitalism and they will never see a dime from me.
I lived before there was "Youtube": I can do so again.
I'll be around when AdBlocker blocker blockers come out.
They evolve. So does you, but at one point you'll hit a bottle neck. They do not. At the worst they just arrest the white guy.
Ofc not, if all the useless eaters ACTUALLY dared not use Youtube and moved "somewhere else".
The only way for us to be out of this is the mass exodus of 70% of the global UN Internet population away from big tech sites.
If you don't...be prepared to lose ALL privileges as long as you have no credit card or paypal.
There is always rumble. And you can always put the ads on mute like I do and close my eyes for 2mins.
Nobody goes to rumble.
if content creators were smart.. theyd turn off monetization and start asking for money... if they're good content creators people will pay for it...

You can't be serious.

You also said "you support this" in regard to YouTube--specifically YouTube--blocking ad blockers.
