Russians cheer warriors who really fought anti-Russian NATO and successfully killed those who want to exterminate all Russians. This have nothing to do with liking or not liking Putin.
So basically a situation like 'We glad it got solved because Russians always do things the right way now lets get back to our real enemy' Something like that?

No. It is cheering warriors who fought against enemies. Is it something strange or unusual? IDK how to explain that tradition/habit. Doesn't Americans cheer their military?
What's your opinion on Dan Lancaster btw?
I have no opinion about that person because I don't know who is this and why I should have any opinion on him.
I know about Patrick Lancaster who doing some journalism for the Western audience in Donbass and around. But about opinion - IDK. Guy making videos trying to show some thruth as he sees it. OK, I think it is a good thing.
They were all taking selfies with the tanks yesterday and really had the eyes of the world on them. It was a thing.
I read yesterday the smaller column that was sent towards Moscow dealt with blockades and many came out to thwart their progress. They weren't gonna get anywhere near Moscow either way.
Consider that when people from Crimea were cheering for Putin, (does this region not like Zelensky?) he saw that as enough reason to invade with tanks to liberate them.
Now, Rostov region cheers. Are they asking to be invaded with tanks?
It is very simple.

Ask them today who they're cheering for...
It's just odd they're cheering for both but both were about to go head to head.
They were all taking selfies with the tanks yesterday and really had the eyes of the world on them. It was a thing.
