Is Voat being infiltrated like Poal was?

I left poal.co after it was completely infiltrated and now it seems the nwo is trying to infiltrate Voat.xyz because good posts are being downvoted and trolled. Anyone know? Are there any non infiltrated places?

Any sufficiently influential institution will be infiltrated. It's the battle front for 5th gen
