So the owner/developer of this death trap, a 50ish old white male, didn't want to hire 50ish old white males.

Clearly people like this are suffering from some sort of mental disconnect with their outer appearance. What did he see in the mirror every morning?

I am guessing just as his asshole was imploding through his brain, his last thought was "I should have hired more 50 yr old white guys to make sure this thing was safer".
