He appears to be a real person, this is his crunch base page: https://www.crunchbase.com/person/robert-finkelstein

I'd bet a 100$ Dr. Finkelstein has a dual citizenship in israel.

LOL just a quick search: https://www.robotictechnologyinc.com/index.php/partners shows that his business "partner" is non other than the biggest israeli defense company Elbit!
