I did see an add for Koch industries hiring touting that they were willing to look past an applicant's previous legal problems. iirc, it specifically referred to sex crimes with minors, though i don't remember the phrasing.

tfw one of the few /pol/ images i was too creeped out to save is a Koch industries hiring ad.
