OK, BlackRock, Vanguard and others have some shares in every hole they found. But that shares are not majority, and mostly too small to have full control or declare that this investment companies own everything. They have shares in everything, yes, but that does not mean they really own everything.
As I see that phenomena, this private investment companies are gaskets for elite to hide their ownership in businesses. AFAIK, public persons like politicians are obliged to disclose their ownerships in businesses. And public companies could be obliged to disclose owners of shares. To avoid disclosure elites they just put their money into some BlackRock and order it to buy necessary shares. So, in public company ownership you see only BlackRock, and in since public person does not own shares in BlackRock this wealth don't have to be disclosed. Since Blackrock is private company it will not disclose which their client invested in which company.
All that BlackRocks, Vanguards and others are just proxies to keep elite investments in secret in kind of legal way.
Without access to client records of that private investment companies, to figure out who is own what it is just senseless to talk about "BlackRock owns everything". It is not their money and they are not in charge. They are simply trusted accountants of elite for shady stocks gambling and insider trading without exposure.
There is nothing elite about a group of people conspiring criminal intent and activity.
They are better known as criminals.
When it comes to blackrock and other such vehicles they use and while all the input provided is valid, there are a variety of goals in play here, everything is incremental.
You can just watch how it has changed since its inception to get a clear picture of the direction and orientation of the organization[s] and the process used.
In short, the overall implementation is the problem and is related to what can be termed 'big dog theory'
You elude to a significant portion of the problem with the vehicle being a black box entity.
Yes. I just don't know how to make diminutive-scornful derivatine from the word "elite" in English. In Russian it will sound like "elit-ka".
Doubtful. They write the laws. "Criminal" is their word for you, if you ask uncomfortable questions.
No, what is happening here is subversion, crime and the meaning of criminal are very old.
So they attempt to write laws that confine others and remove themselves from fault, but it makes no sense and in the end the criminals get outed, it often takes decades to unravel. Sometimes longer.
Projecting criminality unto the innocent is as old as words themselves. This is indeed a reality to be aware of.
