This is an important point nobody else mentioned. I do believe Covid was in part a coverup for people getting sick from 5G.
What was the initiating motive?
It's the shock doctrine. Check out the book or documentary with that title. People become paralyzed from the terror they underwent, and that allows them to pass draconian laws or perform operations which people would've otherwise protested against. After 9/11 they were able to increase the US military budget to a ridiculous number and people were okay with the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as drone assaults / bombings in Yemen and other countries. But the fuel was running out so they needed a new psy-op or structural deep event. They seem to do it with a rhythm, there's about 20 years in between them. Twenty years before 9/11 it was Iran-Contra, 20 years before that was the JFK assassination, and 20 years before that was WWII which they could've ended earlier but wanted to drag out. The one before that seems to be WWI, although it isn't exactly 20 years earlier, a bit longer. I will disclaim that I'm not familiar enough with Iran-Contra to say if it classifies as a psy-op, for example I don't know if the official version was on the news every day or not, but if so it'd confirm my theory. I'm dropping this preliminarily.
To get back on the subject: they are clearly trying to consolidate their power with CBDCs now, centralizing the food production, and clamping down on free speech. They're piggyback riding that on the shock induced by the plandemic even though we've mostly gone back to normal. The polarization helps them as well.
