It's a valid observation, in fact I agree. The way he keeps his eyes open looks unnatural, as well as the whiteness in his eyebrows. I found more extensive footage here, and the way his eyes are highlighted during the zoom in at the beginning look especially unnatural, as if AI is struggling to keep it realistic in the middle of a zoom.
But that doesn't take away the value from this footage. It's not some amateur who's trolling everyone. This was an official press conference and Reuters was there, I believe they are the ones who provided this footage. In the link above you can see that Bloomberg covered it. Journalists all over the world saw this in their feed. If this is a deepfake, that means the journalists who are standing there are all playing along as part of a psy-op. Unless they're all deepfakes, but the production of it could only be a psy-op, and there was human involvement in that. So what would be the point of deliberately creating this and then memory holing it? Is it part of a polarization project? Are they planting a narrative that deepfakes are being used to undermine democracy? Are they analysing people's reactions? I find it difficult to judge. A Freudian slip remains the most straightforward interpretation, but that only works if we misjudged it and the footage is real.
Regardless, it does seem that deepfakes are being used interchangeably with real footage in this presidency. Here's a Winterwatch article that compares the real Joe Biden with officially used deepfakes. You can compare with those videos to determine whether you think the video in the OP is a deepfake or not.
I didn't mean any offense toward you with my comment. For me what stans out the most is the very rough edges around sleepy Joe, almost as if it's a crude edit or green screen
No offense taken, I'm glad you made the comment. I return with more reflection. This reminds me of the way he touches children. It's simply hard to imagine that to be some kind of mistake. It appears that they're trying to develop outrage. The way in which he became POTAS was an attempt at this. I think his comment here is in line with this. Or it was simply a piece of pro-war propaganda, to normalize the idea that the US has the right to destroy pipelines. It didn't matter that it's against international law, the plan was always to deny it when they actually do it.
I love how redditards see something like this and are able to shrug it off as not conclusive enough, but if Trump sneezes in the presence of a nigger that's 100% conclusive.
That was so memory holed I never saw it the first time. Nice find!
This looks fake as fuck. Come on.

Idiots.
