What do they need that they don't have, let them try to answer that at their own PR peril, especially when followed up with "such as" when they try to keep it vague
It sounded like a call to action to me - When Whoopi Goldberg stated "They WILL rise up, Oh belive me, it's coming!" and also a veiled threat. You know, when someone says "No offense but..." then you know the next thing that they are going to say was meant to offend you??
