I believe it's a real document written by Talmudic Pharisees who learned hermetic-kabbalism (Freemasonry) during the Babylonian exile and went underground infiltrating through secret societies wanting revenge against Europeans and Christians for the Temple destruction of 70AD, and revenge against God Himself for what the Parable of the Wicked Tenants says about them in Luke 20, where the Pharisees/Scribes were told of their doom by Jesus.
It's all come true, so even if it was a fake it was someone who knew what was happening and got the word out that way
