I have been doing this since childhood. I have been able to get rid of all cooking appliances, and now do all meal-prep with my mind.
When I was a kid I had a book on chemical magic. You could make fire using chemical reactions.

I had a professor who like to say that even if everyone in this world put their mind together, we proably couldnt even light a match.
Especially now.
I can do this only with my mind without any energy.
