Dear Sirs/Madam,

As you are aware, the murderer Richard Glossip is scheduled to have a clemency hearing before yourselves this afternoon in which his lawyers and the demoncrat attorney general will continue to push the debunked theory that Mr Glossip is innocent of the murder of Mr Van Trees for which he was twice lawfully convicted and sentenced to the appropriate penalty death.

These innocence claims are a fraud. The Oklahoma court of criminal appeals has repeatedly reviewed Glossip’s case and concluded that he is factually guilty. The federal courts too have reviewed this case and concluded Glossip is guilty. It is not up to the parole board to determine innocence as yourselves are not a court. The parole board can only determine whether mercy is warranted based upon whether Glossip has shown remorse etc. as he has not you should deny clemency.

It is important to note, however, that even if Glossip is innocent that is not a good enough reason to stop his execution. The United States Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that there is nothing unconstitutional about executing an innocent person. However, Glossip is not innocent but even if he was you could still deny clemency.

While incarcerated Glossip has married multiple groupies and then divorced them in order to get their money. This proves that he is a charlatan who scams people for their money. This proves the facts of the motive that Glossip was skimming money from his boss when he hired his handyman Sneed (himself incapable of forming intent to murder due to his numerous disabilities) to commit the murder in order to prevent his boss firing him for his crimes.

Glossip is unworthy of living and the parole board must ensure he is executed in accordance with Oklahoma state law thanks.
