Short version: yes. Longer version: he claimed to have gone to school at my alma mater. He didn't. His history has some rough spots in it. It all casts a lot of doubt on his credibility. He's smart enough to make up good stories, but his narrative has holes and the scientific plausibility is thin. I expect that yes he did work for some government agency at some times and probably was exposed to some secret projects, but don't expect truth out of him. My own theory is he's actually a longterm disinfo actor who actually works for the government. There is no doubt they have some people working to muddy the waters and give secret govt projects some cover regarding sightings of our most advanced secret craft.
