The Jews who align with and obey the orders of the elite are not the same as the average Jew. Some average Jews are mostly harmless but the ones in power or installed to be in power are generally anti-goyim, and fiercely loyal to their own kind, and out to lower the numbers of goyim who can oppose them. Horowitz is probably less bloodthirsty and closer to the normal man.
