I have to say I pretty much reject outright any suggestion "They" are trying to provoke revolt or any other such thing. I would base that on these grounds:
If They want some "major event", They don't need to provoke it, They'll just manufacture it like J6. The day of, that probably required only 100 or so personnel on the ground.
Everything They do is based on higher degrees of predictability. That's what everything from "track and trace" to CDBC to getting rid of cars that didn't have built-in 3G cell connections is all about. They monitor so They may predict.
Unleashing any form of chaos is antithetical to that, and only to be used extremely judiciously. Most importantly, that's where it may be shut off instantly. Don't hear from the riotous BLM any more, do you? Of course not, it was shut off.
If real shooting starts with real bullets, I could not even begin to predict how it would unfold and I am certain They could not either. Frankly, I think it's the very last thing They want.
