5G, most likely malfunctioning equipment emitting some kind of signal at 60 GHz. The chinks installed their 5G network in Wuhan in 2019 in time for the World Military Games. They wanted to show the world how advanced China really is.

The nano-capsules with snake/snail venom came much later. They were called "the vaccine".
